Every ARONAH piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, the fabric is prepared and production begins specifically for your piece. As each piece is individually produced upon order confirmation, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind or incorrect size selection.

We kindly encourage customers to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.

Color Variations

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Order Issues & Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the concern.Our team will carefully review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

صُنعت خصيصاً لكِ

تُصنع كل قطعة من ارونا حسب الطلب. بمجرد تأكيد طلبكِ  يتم تجهيز القماش والبدء في تنفيذ القطعة خصيصاً لكِ ،  ونظراً لأن كل قطعة يتم تنفيذها بشكل منفصل بعد تأكيد الطلب فإننا لا نوفر خدمة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ في حالات تغيير الرأي أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب

نرجو مراجعة جدول المقاسات وتفاصيل المنتج بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب، لضمان اختيار المقاس المناسب.

اختلاف درجات الألوان

قد تختلف درجات الألوان بشكل طفيف عن الصور المعروضة نتيجة اختلاف الإضاءة أثناء التصوير أو إعدادات شاشات الأجهزة.

مشاكل الطلب وعيوب التصنيع

في حال استلام قطعة تحتوي على عيب في التصنيع أو وجود مشكلة في الطلب، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، مع إرفاق صور واضحة توضح المشكلة. سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الحالة بعناية وتقديم الحل المناسب
